By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Super Sale POS mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Your") and Super Sale POS ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Super Sale POS is a cloud-based Point of Sale system designed for:

• 📦 Product, category, and subcategory management
• 🛒 Sales processing with cart, discounts, and multiple payment methods
• 🏨 Room/table management for hotels, restaurants, and spas
• 📊 Sales reports and business analytics
• 👥 User management with role-based access control
• 🖨️ Receipt printing (Browser, Bluetooth, Word, Email)
• 🔔 Notification system for announcements

Registration Requirements:

• 📧 You must provide a valid email address
• 🔒 You must create a password (minimum 6 characters)
• 🏪 You must provide a shop name
• 🏢 You must select a business type (Normal or Occupancy)
• 📞 Phone number and address are optional but recommended

Account Security:

Shop ID:

Upon registration, you will receive a unique Shop ID. This ID is required for all users in your organization to log in. You are responsible for distributing and managing Shop IDs for your staff.

The App supports three user roles with different permission levels:

As a user, you agree to:

• ✅ Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• ✅ Maintain the security of your account credentials
• ✅ Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• ✅ Use the App only for legitimate business purposes
• ✅ Verify customer age for age-restricted products (alcohol, tobacco)
• ✅ Maintain accurate tax records as required by law
• ✅ Respect the intellectual property rights of others

The App supports the following payment methods for sales:

• 💵 Cash - Full payment in cash
• 💳 Card - Credit/Debit card payments
• 📝 Partial Payment - Pay later / pending balance tracking

No Financial Liability:

You may not use the App for:

• 🚫 Illegal activities or transactions
• 🚫 Selling counterfeit or stolen goods
• 🚫 Money laundering or fraud
• 🚫 Harassment, abuse, or threats to others
• 🚫 Reverse engineering or modifying the App
• 🚫 Attempting to bypass security features
• 🚫 Uploading malicious code or viruses
• 🚫 Scraping or harvesting user data
• 🚫 Using the App for any competitive purpose

Who Owns Your Data?

Our Rights:

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App. This data is:

• 📊 Aggregated and anonymized
• 🔒 Not linked to your personal identity
• ⚙️ Used solely for app improvement

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from:

Termination by You:

You may delete your account at any time:

• Go to Shop Settings page
• Click "Delete My Account & All Data"
• Confirm your password
• Click "Permanently Delete"

Termination by Us:

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for:

• ⚖️ Violation of these Terms
• 🚫 Illegal or fraudulent activity
• 💸 Non-payment of fees (if applicable in future)
• 🔧 Extended inactivity (12+ months)

• 🔧 We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• 📉 We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific business requirements
• 🔒 We do not warrant that the App will be secure or free from viruses
• 📊 We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any reports or calculations
• ⏰ We do not warrant that data loss will not occur

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Total Liability Limit: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) to use the App. Since the App is currently free, our liability is $0.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Super Sale POS, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your sale of age-restricted products to minors
• Your tax compliance or reporting
• Any dispute between you and your customers

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• 📱 Displaying a notice within the App

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when these Terms were last updated.

Waiver of Class Action: You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or class arbitration.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Account Deletion Instructions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Super Sale POS regarding your use of the App.
