⚠️ Important Notice
Deleting your account is PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE. All your business data, including products, sales history, and customer information will be permanently deleted.

1 Steps to Delete Your Account

    Log into your Super Sale POS account
    Open the app and login with your email and password
  • 2
    Navigate to Settings
    Click on "Shop Settings" from the sidebar menu
  • 3
    Click "Delete Account" Button
    Scroll to bottom of Settings page and click the "Delete My Account & All Data" button
  • 4
    Confirm Deletion
    Enter your password to confirm and click "Permanently Delete"
  • 5
    Account Deleted
    You will be logged out and all your data will be removed from our systems
📧 Alternative Method (Email Request)
If you cannot access the app, send an email to: supersalepos@gmail.com with subject line: "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST - [Your Shop ID]"
Please include your Shop ID and registered email address for verification.

* About Anonymous Device Analytics:
We collect anonymous device statistics (device type, OS, browser) for app improvement. These statistics are NOT linked to your personal identity after deletion. Device IDs are hashed and cannot be traced back to you. These are retained for 30 days for analytical continuity, then permanently deleted.

4 Can't Access Your Account?

If you forgot your password or cannot login:
  1. Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen
  2. Check your email for password reset link
  3. After resetting password, follow the account deletion steps above
🔒 Data Recovery Notice:
Once your account is deleted, data recovery is IMPOSSIBLE. Please ensure you have exported any important reports before requesting deletion.

5 Contact for Deletion Requests

For any questions about account deletion or if the in-app method fails:

📧 Request Deletion via Email

Required information for email requests:

  • Subject line: "ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST"
  • Your Shop ID (found in app after login)
  • Your registered email address
  • Shop name (for verification)

We will process your request within 48 hours and send a confirmation email once completed.

6 Your Privacy Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

Under GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California), you have the right to:

  • ✔️ Right to Access - Request a copy of your data
  • ✔️ Right to Rectification - Correct inaccurate data
  • ✔️ Right to Erasure - Request account deletion (this process)
  • ✔️ Right to Data Portability - Export your data in JSON/CSV format
  • ✔️ Right to Restrict Processing - Limit how your data is used
📥 Data Export Available:
Before deleting your account, you can export your data from the Reports page. Generate and download reports in Word, CSV, or print format.
